Featured image social media link

Update:
I just worked with ACF and set a _thumbnail_id field, to show images in categories(taxonomy) and sites. In the backend it works and the field appears in categories and sites, but when I did a check, just the site transfers the image I set in the link. The categories are still without a featured image.Help is appreciated :)

ACF is not yet supported by Lay Theme.
We sadly cannot offer help for your problem.Maybe you find a different solution to achieve what you want.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
