Push/ Slide Menus

Hey Armin,

thank you so much for your theme and your constant updating process.
You implemented so many great features.
At the moment I just wonder if it's possible to activate a push or slide menu?

At the moment there is no such feature. Do you want to have like a burger button and then when someone clicks it the menu slides down?

The burger button would be nice.
I just found something called »Meny«.
