lisence key reset

Hey I was using a LKey on a site I built for bothandapparel.com they have since had it redone on another theme with wordpress. Could I get the key reset? I logged back in by can't deactivate anymore as theme not in use.

I purchased the key in july last year. from ross.rgb@gmail.com
