Anchor scroll - Top area is hidden when clicking the anchor scroll link

Hi there,
I have a problem with the anchor scroll.
If I click one of the anchor scroll links(years), it works well. But when I scroll all the way to the top, it seems to be covered with something.Did someone have a similar issue?

you can give you anchor links a class and change where it falls:

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
