Blurred cursor question

Hi again! I am trying to make a cursor that will blur everything I'am pointing on. I've found a code that does that, but it doesn't work on laytheme. Can someone please help me what should I chande to achieve blurring cursor?

Dear @igawu

Do you have a custom cursor with the id cursor #cursor?
The above CSS is applied to an element with the Id 'cursor'. If none exists then the CSS will not be applied.

Also included in the code is some CSS applied to the Body

I would suggest removing the following as it will clash with Lay Theme's native CSS:

 display: flex;
  justify-content: center;
  align-items: center;
  
  height: 100vh;
  
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  
  font-family: sans-serif;
