Anyway to achieve?: Fixed to top within parent on scroll

Hi,

Is there anyway to achieve the fixed-on-scroll-effect on this site: https://www.ourlegacy.com/

More specific: When the text hits the top, it gets fixed, and when it hits the bottom of parent section, it stops being fixed.

hey you can try position sticky css or a sticky javascript library

theres no built in way to do this but its on my todo list
