well for phone you can have completely different content for a page on phone when using the https://laytheme.com/documentation/custom-phone-layouts.html feature!@arminunruh Unfortunately, having custom phone layout turned on, doesn't seem to affect changes made in the customize menu still are universal.

yea its still going to be the same frontpage on your phone.
but using custom phone layouts, you can have different content for phone on that same page
