cart in the menu doesn't show the amount of products

Hi there!

I finally have an online shop! Yay!! :-D

However the cart in the menu (in brackets) doesn't show the actual amount of products which are in the shopping cart.

If you put a product into the cart it is shown in the side cart but not in the menu. :-/

What could be the reason?

Please make sure to NOT turn off the option "Side Cart Header" → "Basket Icon". If you do, the cart menu point will not show the correct amount of items in the cart.

does that fix it?

find the setting in the sidecart plugin's settings in wp-admin
