no its not :/
the only settings for mobile are textformat font sizes, settings in elementgrid / thumbnailgrid
what exactly would you like to change for tablet?

I would like to change the size of the menu. If it comes out of the right side for 30% it is nice on the desktop version but very thin on the tablet version. Now it's on 50% on both. But my client ask if I can change it on desktop back to 30%. And there is an unfortunate text wrap in an headline on the tablet version. I would like to split the headline just in the tablet version by a controlled textwrap. If you know what I mean. You can have a look here:

Another possibility would be to change the size of the two text blocks on the tablet version. -
If it's not possible I delet the second headline and do it like this:
