Context based projects

Hi I am trying to do the following

Moving between Projects (Previous / Next): When we access a Project via the Main Index (Home), Previous/Next includes all Projects. When we access a Project via a specific Page (Blog), Previous/Next includes only Projects from the same category.

but was not able to find any setting to do that can I add a code for that ot does it need a complete code restructuring

what would be your end goal?

we have this option here:

Its a client requirment really i did end up with a work around of doing it using this and the project category pages.
