"place freely" option for marquee disappear

Why is the option "place freely" for the marquee gone?

can u use this version of lay theme:

will be included with the next update.

just go to appearance - themes - add theme - upload theme

and use that zip file, then it will work

u can just update lay theme now

yea maybe ure trying to upload a folder. when u download zip files with safari, it always unpacks the zip to a folder automatically and deletes the zip.

but we need the zip file
