Hm, i think if you enable autoplay, there is this setting to disable click/drag:
but its not dependent on desktop/mobile
you could create a custom phone layout, then create a carousel inside of it, and enable this setting for that carousel there. then on phones, ppl would see this one!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
