    Hi Armin,

I really like being able to use delay, but I don’t want to apply it to a line of text, a word, or a character, i prefer to apply to the entire text block.

    Animation: Fade block

It would be useful to have an independent “delay” parameter (maybe usable also for images or every element?)

hey i dont really understand the question.
the "delay" setting when you set it to 5000, for example, it waits for 5 seconds to start the animation

you want to be able to just fade in the whole block of text after a wait time of 5 seconds for example?

Yes correct, just fade the whole block without line/character/word animation. maybe something Animation type: "Fade block"
