Migration Failed

Hey, I just migrated a website following all the instructions on the tutorial, but it resulted in a fresh wordpress template with nothing inside (despite replacement of wp-content)
Can you help me?
EDIT More info: I can access this seemingly fresh wordpress, and I see inside a few plugins from the old one, and themes.
Nothing in the library or the whole website though.EDIT: Solved!
For some reasons there was a strange, unsolicited, "table prefix" in the new wp-config.php. -

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
