Warning/Fatal Error: Failed to open stream

Hello! We've been working on our new lay theme design this past week, we woke up to a warning and fatal error on our website. I really hope there is a way to fix it because I don't want to lose all of our work.
My thought is maybe this happened because we hadn't updated lay theme or wordpress? has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to save our work?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
