Hover on Carousel Images

Hey y'all!
I'm trying to achieve something similar as in the topic above but for carousels.The idea is to have the carousel image caption and the image count appear on hover. I tried various selectors but couldn't get it to work yet.
Would be great to get a hint on how to do this!

Hi Vincent,
you can try to achieve it with jQuery. When you hover over the slideshow – it adds a class to the caption and the page-numbers that it will not be displayed anymore.
Do you know the basics of jQuery?
