Wordpress Install Failing: missing 'style.css stylesheet'

Hi,

I am trying to install Laytheme to my wordpress, but it is failing and says:

"Installing Theme from uploaded file: Lay_Theme_Single_License_with_Carousel_Addon.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed."

Could you please help with this missing style.css stylesheet?
