change format of date

Hello there, is the a solution to change the date-format in the News-part from e.g. 17.01.25 to 17.01.2025?
editing the "d.m.y" to "yyyy" did not work in the settings-popup.

has to be:

d.m.Y

i will set this as the default with the next update, makes more sense maybe
