carousel addon bug

The carousel addon latest update forced a bug that stopped loading all the pages on my website that have mp4 video's in the carousels. I am pretty sure it this is the cause as I deleted the video's from one carousel and the page appeared again.
please can you have a look into this.

I will mail login I will however make duplicates of the pages for now and take the video's out of the carousel as I can't afford to have parts of my website not accessible at this moment.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
