Hello, I created two websites with Laytheme. Unfortunately, my neljaphotography.com website had some problems with something missing but i don´t know what.....word send me a link to fix, now i can see the Laytheme dashboard my contant is gone and my hosting provider doesn't have a backup without this problems. How can I restore my site? what happend and why ...it was a lot of work ...how this could happen ?

can u install a backup plugin like "updraft plus" and configure it to make backups of your website every few weeks?
