How to add a standard WordPress page (no layout builder)

Hi, can I create a simple WordPress page without using Layout Builder?
I can only create Layout pages right now, am I right?
The issue is that I would like to customize the home page without using built in gridder to add a parallax image to make bottom content scroll on it.
Any suggestion?

Hey! Hm, I think that's probably hard to do. Maybe add your code through a textfield? And use the <> code button in the textfield? :O
