Overlay 50% width with project index

Hi

I’m working on a portfolio page.

I’d like to use overlays for the projects. The overlays should slide in from the right to 50% of the browser-width (on Desktop). I can achieve that by using regular overlays (Save each „project“ as a „page“ not a „project“). But I can’t do that with the Project Overlays Options and the Project Index provided by laytheme. Am I missing something or isn't it possible withe the Project Index?

hello! yes, project overlay does not have this capability! you can try to use some custom css and target these 2 containers:

but that requires some css knowledge and might not work properly

you could create these projects as overlay pages and then use a table element as the "project index" element

hey armin, thank you for your answer. I'll try the table element thank you, didn't think about that! If it's not working the way I want, I try the custom css. I have some knowledge, might be enough :)
