Where did the Layout Cache settings go?

Sorry if I just don't see it, but after updating from 10.7.6 to 11.3.1, I cannot find the dedicated settings for the layout cache, including the "Clear and Build all cache" function.

hey! i removed it.

thing is, the layout cache builds itself anyways and i felt like this options page is not really needed anymore.
