Does exist a "form's plugin" or other solution allowed by Laytheme?

I think that everything is into Post title.
I wanna buy Laytheme for a specific client.
But before, I must know if Laytheme is suitable with a plugin form (or hardcode solution)
( NB: I cannot just provide a "mailto:" option inside a <a></a> Tag )
