you can do this with a bit of jQuery (Javascript).

http://jsfiddle.net/e27Dt/1/You will need to give the word a class or an id and then trigger it with jQuery.
The image you can place in the gridder and give it a
display: none.And when you activate the hover function, it switches to
display: block.Let me know if that works for you!
