Trashed project still visible

HI there all, tried to find the answer here, but haven't found. I deleted one project from the project folder and its still visible on the page. Even when i want to see thumbnail gridder, its still there if I deleted it permanently already before.
As you can see online or on the screenshot, there is still empty gap.
I would really appreciate your advises please.Website is http://www.h-r-s.cz/
