SEO plugin

Hi there, I have activated the All in One SEO Pack plugin and everything seems working fine except that Lay theme overwrites the title and description of every project and page. Is there a way to work this around?

Replying to this rather old topic since there seems to be no solution yet. We also want to implement this plugin to our website. Is there a way to work around the problem of resetting descriptions?
