You could use css to make the textframe have opacity: 0 and an opacity transition. Then with javascript you could set the opacity to "1". http://laytheme.com/how-to-use.html#custom-javascript
So, there's no way other than coding it yourself. The images already fade in because that's the animation when they were loaded. But videos and texts don't fade in.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
