meta titles and descriptions

how would i add a meta title and description into my lay theme?

Hey Alexandra
You can fill out the text field in "Lay Options" -> "Misc Options" -> "Website Description".
This text will be in the "description" meta tag.

Meta title. Hm, ok the meta title is just your website title:

Change your website title in "Customize" -> "Site Title"
