HTTP ERROR

Hi i am trying to upload a video (1minute long, 190MB)
but it fails to upload and keep showing HTTP ERROR.
I know the file size is a little bit, but I compressed it alot and 190MB is the quality that I need for my portfolio. Would there be anyway for me to upload this size?

what happens when you upload a smaller video?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
