Sitle Title Bar

Hello folks,

is there a way to add a bar behind the site title similar to the menu bar?

At the moment, my site looks like this:

Now i would like the sitle title (THEATER UND TECHNIK) at the top to be displayed white on black, like the 2nd menu at the bottom.

Any solution via CSS?

I had a look at the website but it looks different now.

So I cannot have a look and see how we can change it.

But with CUSTOM CSS this is all possible.
