Redirect to any link when HTML5 video ends

I wanted to ask if you know solution how to redirect to any link when HTML5 video ends?

I found couple options on Stack Overflow but nothing seems to be working for me.

Any tip would be highly appreciated.

that is not an option in LayTheme.
You would need to code that with jQuery.
I would also need to make a research about that.

I don't know a solution on the spot.
