Display a logo over image thumbnail Hover

Hello,
I currently have the category set to display the title text once hover but I was wondering if there was a way to add a png file to display above the text with CSS?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
