client receiving spam web design emails after purchasing Laytheme

Hello,

I've just purchased Laytheme for a client using her email and she has complained to me about receiving spam emails offering web design services nonstop for the past 48 hours. Is her email leaking onto a list because I've used it in association with Laytheme? She has never had this problem before... Any suggestions on how to remove her email if this is the case?
