Mobile Submenu Not Showing

Hey there. New to LayThemes and coding in general. I found a code on here to apply, so I can have a submenu. It works perfectly on desktop, but nothing on mobile. I saw a note about changing the word "auto" to "none" in "pointer-events", but that didn't seem to fix it. Anyone have any insight how I can get the submenus working on mobile?

Can you post a link to our website?
Then we can have a look and inspect that.On mobile by default another menu gets activated. And you cannot use the desktop menu anymore.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
