Turn Image to video mouse hover

Hi guys,
I was wondering how I can have an image and if you roll over it with the mouse it moves and becomes a video. Of course the moving has to stop when the mouse is not on the image anymore. I heard that this is called "roll over action". Maybe someone can help. Much appreciated. -

this you need to code yourself with jQuery.
In the end you have a video and pause and start it with a mouseover event.Best!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
