ok, can you use the embedded mailchimp form? that one should work.

There are several embedded forms, you could try "Super Slim", I think that one works for sure. The others could work too.

in the code there is this line:
<link href="//cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/slim-10_7.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">If you remove that line, the signup form will be completely unstyled. That would be a better starting point for you to style this by yourself.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
