Logo and site title HTML

Hi all. I am trying to work out what my HTML would be if I were to have the site title text, and then also below this text add an image, using the HTML option in the site header.

I would like to keep the site title active text, as opposed to an image.

Can you be a bit more clear or attach a quick sketch of what you have in mind?
