Cover image gets cut off after resizing the browser window

Hello,

I’ve encountered a strange problem, probably a bug. I have my primary menu on the bottom, height 60 px. I use the cover feature for my projects, but when I am resizing the browser, the top 60 px of the cover gets cut off. It appears the main menu is still sort of active on the top of the site and the space for it pops up once I resize the browser.

Is this a bug or can I fix this myself?
