Hiding site title and menu???

How to hide site title and menu items on individual pages and projects?
Hi there, have used this platform a handful of time for both clients and myself. Thank you :) I am working on a really simple site right now and I only want the site title to show on the categories page. What would be the easiest way to hide the site title from all other project pages and pages?? I look forward to hearing back thanks. :)

Dear @Brief
Here in the documentary you can find how to use CSS only on a specific page: http://laytheme.com/documentation.html#custom-css-styling
Hope I could help!
Best!
