Menue bar in Desktop

Hi to everybody, does anybody knows how to make this Menue?

@themoock it is a simple <div> overlay. use the developer-tool of your browser to inspect such elements. the standard width of the div is 0% and by clicking on the menu button it gets 100%, probably via jQuery.
