Text format doesn't resize when i go mobile

What's going on with laytheme lately? It's full of bugs?

So my text format doesn't go the mobile size.
I tried clearing the formatting yes, few times.
I also tried giving the big title at the center of the page a class, and then .mobilehead{
font-size:48px;
}
in the custom css for mobile.

From the wordpress layout (gridder) it works perfectly, looks great, but it doesn't apply.

Furthermore it doesn't display even the row background image.

This 'Open Call" is an image not text?
Have you changed it since making this thread?
Just wish to understand better :)
