Multilingual with WPML not working

Hi
I use WPML Multilingual on my TESTSITE - (English / German (DEUTSCH):
https://www.photography-film.danielhager.com

When I'm clicking on the front page to DEUTSCH, the site reloads with the Intro-Page and displays afterwards the Frontpage again in ENGLISH but with the DEUTSCH Menu.

If I click from another DEUTSCH site to OVERVIEW it loads the correct OVERVIEW in DEUTSCH.

How can I solve that problem?
