Background video suggested max size

I was wondering what is the max size you recommend for the background video.
On this website im doing it is 13 mb.
I see it very well on my devices but can't predict others.

My apologies that this one is a bit difficult to answer in a straight forward manner. Depending on how heavy the page is in general & other factors, load times will vary. Best if you can in most circumstances get a video's file size down as much as possible.
