hey Lay, I was recently building a site for someone. they've since had another designer change everything to add a shop (before you had shop function).

I didn't deactivate the key on https://bothandapparel.com/

is there anyway I could get it reset to use again. They are currently using avada theme just to confirm it's not being used.

If you send an email to:

licensekeys@laytheme.com.

Explaining ( or link to this thread ) with your License key, it can be manually deactivated for you. Then you would be free to use it again.
