Emails setup WooCommerce

Hello :)
I filled everything on the WooCommerce set-on. But I am not receiving the email notification of an order placed in the store. The email adress is good, so I don't understand...

Also, I can't figure how to modify the emails "template" on woocommerce plugin.

Have you referred to the Shop Setup page about 'emails' ?

Hello Richard,
I am wondering how to change the textformats of the email template. There is no option in the Email template section nor in the Customize section of Laytheme for this.
