Custom image as link

Currently I'm using my site title as an image rather than text and it links to my site. I still want to use this image, but would like to link it to mail instead.

Is there someone who could help me figure out how to upload an image through custom css/html and get it to link to mail?

hey i think its not easily possible also I think from a usability point of view this might not be the best idea :/
