Edit Custom CSS & HTML out of wordpress

Hello all. A question about customizaton.

Is posible edit the Custom CSS & HTML out of wordpress? With Coda, Sublime Text or another code editor? Or Theme Child?

just add the css to lay options → custom css & html

what do u wanna do exactly, whats ur goal?

@arminunruh my goal is to work custom code on Coda or external css, js editor. Work in the custom code within wordpress is a nightmare.

yea,
i think you could just work on the code in a code editor and then always copy paste it into the fields

you could also change lay theme php files to include your own css files

maybe theres a plugin for this
not sure!

every time u update lay theme, lay themes files are overwritten though
