open a project thumbnails overview (Element Grid) directly into a lightbox for the first time

Hi there,
is it possible open a project thumbnails overview (Element Grid) directly into a lightbox for the first time? I'd like to start navigating images directly into a lightbox and see overwiew after closing it as well as now.
