Publication as project : a bad mix. How can I do ?

Hello,
I have a little problem : I made two pages :

• "nos projets" : https://beta.fabrica-traceorum.eu/nosprojets/
• "publications" : https://beta.fabrica-traceorum.eu/publications/

When I scroll through projects, for example if I click on a project, I end up with a publication. The reason for this thing is that I wanted the presentation of Index Projects for publications and as a result, a publication is entered as a project.
The only thing that distinguishes these two pages are the category filter and the presentation.

What can I do to prevent posts from appearing with projects? Can I create a Category Index instead? This would allow me to enter posts in a category page and not in a project page to avoid mixing the two. Perhaps, there are others solutions that you know. My goal is the following : I want the presentations like Index Projects for Publications. How can I do so ?
